Porky Pine is where Timber BBQ Co. started, our original blend and still one of the best. It’s a classic sweet-and-spicy pork rub built for even flavor and that perfect barbecue crust. We designed it to deliver consistent results whether you’re a weekend warrior or a seasoned pitmaster.

Expect a note of brown sugar, a touch of smoke, and just enough chili and black pepper to balance the sweetness. This one turns out great bark, excellent caramelization, and a beautiful mahogany finish.
