Refund policy
At Timber BBQ Co., we are committed to delivering high-quality products and great service. Because our rubs and sauces are food items, we do not accept returns on opened or used products. However, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.
Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll work with you to issue a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
