Palmetto Gold is our homage to the Carolinas—mustard-forward, tangy, and just sweet enough to pull it all together. It starts with bold yellow mustard and layers in brown sugar, vinegar, and warm spices. This sauce adds serious depth to pork and sausages, and shines equally well as a sandwich spread or dipping sauce.

The name honors the Palmetto tree, the state symbol of South Carolina and the birthplace of this barbecue tradition. We just bottled it up and gave it that Timber finish.
