Sweet and Savory Power Bowl

The viral combo you didn’t know you needed—sweet potatoes, savory beef, creamy cottage cheese, buttery avocado, and a kick of hot honey. A high-protein, feel-good bowl in under 20 minutes.


Serves: 1


Ingredients:

2 small or 1 large sweet potato, peeled and diced

1 tsp avocado oil

Pinch of coarse salt

Cracked black pepper, to taste

Dash of ground cinnamon

1/4-1/2 lb lean ground beef

Stump’s™️ Season-All, to taste

1/3 cup cottage cheese

½ to 1 avocado, sliced

Hot honey, for drizzling (I like Local Hive Chipotle Hot Honey)


Instructions:

1. Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Toss diced sweet potato with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

2. Cook the Beef
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with Stump’s – Season-All Blend until flavorful and sizzling.

3. Build Your Bowl
Layer roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned beef, cottage cheese, and avocado.
Finish with a generous drizzle of hot honey.
